Raise the Dead

Only took me about...forever...but I managed to get an end product I was happy with! I just wish I knew Spindle well enough to give him more dialogue. I swear, the last two to three hours I put into this pitiable attempt at a comic page had to be coming up with dialogue that didn't suck. And, as I said before, I am content with how this turned out. 

Now, I know what you're all thinking:

VIEWER: Fair, this isn't right! Daries is a scientist and Spindle's into magic! That's like total opposites!!!

ME: Exactly! And my first thought when combining the two - ALIEN ZOMBIES!!!!!!!!


Btw, I know my gore is weak but I did my best, gosh darnit! Also, rising vengeful spirits from the dead using his book from panel one turned out to be a fireable offense so...yeah, Spindle FAILED...or did he? 

Srsly, he's not the one who had to fight for his life with a mop. :/



Hmm, now that I think on it if I had the necessary tools to color this like I want then it would be a friggin rainbow of death!! Srsly, red and pinkish colors would be overkill but every other color would be in one place or another. Has anyone else noticed how colorful Johnen made Irken organs???

EDIT: I decided to remove the MA filter since this really isn't that bad. Weak gore = snorez, right?
